We accept applications from institutions on a rolling basis.
At this time, we are only able to provide no-cost contract education services to the following type(s) of institutions*:

*Eligible institutions will be required to disclose demographic reports to Unmutedco Entertainment and Underwriting.
***Home School access requires proof of enrollment in an accredited or nationally accredited home school program.
Official Use Only Only No Personal Use The Contract is only for official use by Authorized Users. Use of the Contract for personal or private purposes is strictly prohibited. Contracts between Noir+ Media and educational or representative of an educational institution are guaranteed for only the term length defined. Improper use of this service by member(s) of said contract may cause the "leasee" (educational institution) may be in breach of contract. Organizations adoption NOIR+ Education for enterprise and external use should include such clause in any Acceptable Use Policy.
Commercial Use The use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or a Contractually Defined User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Contractually Defined Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organization is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.
